Special Lectures on Medical AI

The Medical AI Research and Development Center of Hokkaido University Hospital is planning to host in total of 8 special lectures on medical AI in FY2024 with Hokkaido University Clinical AI Human Resources Development Program (CLAP) and the Medical AI Education and Research Division of the Research Center for Cooperative Project, Hokkaido University.

Symposium

The Second Hokkaido University Medical AI Symposium held on 5th of August 2023

The Medical AI Research and Development Center of Hokkaido University Hospital, in collaboration with the Hokkaido University Clinical AI Human Resources Development Program (CLAP), hosted the Second Hokkaido University Medical AI Symposium in FY2023. In order to engage a larger audience from both domestically and internationally, the symposium was conducted as a hybrid event (at Hokkaido University School of Medicine Frate Hall and via Zoom streaming). We successfully welcomed participation not only from academia and medical professionals within Japan and abroad but also garnered significant attendance from private corporations (On-site: 37 attendees, Zoom: 167 attendees (30 oversea countries)). Numerous experts, researchers, and industry stakeholders came together, engagedin fervent discussions regarding the advancement of medical AI technology and its prospects for the future.

Symposium

The First Hokkaido University Medical AI Symposium held on 5th of November 2022

The Medical AI Research and Development Center of Hokkaido University Hospital, in collaboration with the Hokkaido University Clinical AI Human Resources Development Program (CLAP), hosted the Second Hokkaido University Medical AI Symposium in FY2022. Despite the prevailing COVID-19 infection situation, the symposium was held as a hybrid event (at Hokkaido University School of Medicine Frate Hall and via Zoom streaming). It successfully garnered participation not only from academia within and outside Hokkaido University but also from numerous private companies (On-site: 50 attendees, Zoom: 106 attendees).
